Full Appraisal & Purchase Policy
Appraisal & Purchase Terms
At Moonlight Collectibles, we value transparency and professionalism in every transaction. Please review the following terms before sending your collection for appraisal.

Appraisal Value
We pay 85% of the average market value determined at the time of appraisal, based on verified data from active marketplaces and comparable items. -
Handling & Inspection Fee
A 6% handling and inspection fee is charged based on the final appraised value.
This fee is obligatory and non-refundable, whether or not the customer chooses to accept our offer. It covers professional evaluation, authentication, and secure item processing. -
Shipping Responsibility
Customers are responsible for all shipping costs, including both sending items to and receiving items back from Moonlight Collectibles.
We strongly recommend photographing your items before shipping and purchasing additional insurance to protect against loss or damage in transit.
Moonlight Collectibles is not liable for any transit-related losses or damages. -
Processing Timeline
All items will be processed within 7 days of confirmed delivery to our facility. Once the appraisal is complete, an official report and offer will be sent via email. -
Offer Response Window
Customers have 3 days from the date of the appraisal email to: -
Accept the offer, in which case payment will be processed promptly, or
-
Request a return of their items (return shipping costs apply).
If no response is received within the 3-day period, all goods will be considered abandoned and may be disposed of or resold. -
Condition & Authenticity
Appraisals are based solely on the actual condition and authenticity of the items received. Any discrepancies between declared and actual item condition may impact the final valuation. -
Agreement to Terms
By submitting your collection for appraisal, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these terms and conditions.
