Orders ship from our New York facility within 1–3 business days (Mon–Fri).

Shipping Rates

  • Free shipping on U.S. orders over $79.

  • Orders under $79 ship at a flat rate calculated at checkout.

Handling & Insurance

  • Every order includes tracking.

  • High-value shipments are insured automatically.

  • We currently ship to the U.S. and Canada.

Pre-Orders

  • Ship on or after the official release date.

  • Multiple preorders may be combined automatically.

Address Accuracy

  • Please verify your shipping address before checkout.

  • Orders returned due to incorrect addresses will require new postage for reshipment.

Lost or Delayed Packages

  • Once marked “Delivered,” liability transfers to the carrier.

  • We’ll assist with insurance claims if needed.
