Moonlight Collectibles Refund & Return Policy

We stand behind the authenticity and condition of everything we sell.

Sealed Collectibles & Trading Cards

  • All sales are final once shipped.

  • We do not accept returns for change of mind or minor cosmetic box imperfections.

Accessories & Supplies

  • Unopened accessories (sleeves, binders, toploaders, etc.) may be returned within 14 days of delivery for a full refund minus shipping.

  • Buyer pays return postage.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

  • If an item arrives damaged or incorrect, email support@moonlightsls.com within 3 days of delivery.

  • Include clear photos of the product, packing slip, and shipping box.

  • We’ll replace the item or issue a refund once reviewed.

Pre-Orders

  • You may cancel any preorder before shipment; a small processing fee (up to 3%) may apply.

  • Preorders ship on or after the official release date listed.

Mystery Boxes / Randomized Items

  • No returns once opened or if factory seal is broken.

Refund Timing

  • Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 3–5 business days.
