A 6% non-refundable handling and inspection fee applies to all appraisals, whether or not the offer is accepted. Customers are responsible forall shipping costs, and we recommend taking photos and purchasingshipping insurance to protect your items in transit.
Appraisals are completed within 7 days of delivery. You’ll have 3 days after receiving our offer email to accept or request a return (shipping costs apply). If no response is received,all goods will be disposed of.
