Welcome to Moonlight Collectibles (“we,” “our,” or “us”). By purchasing from our store, you agree to the following terms and conditions.
1. Product Information
All items listed are described accurately to the best of our ability. Images may differ slightly due to lighting, packaging updates, or manufacturer variations.
2. Collectibles & Condition
Many items sold are limited edition, sealed, or graded collectibles.

Minor packaging imperfections or factory marks are not considered defects.

Opened or unsealed items cannot be returned.
3. Preorders
Preorders are charged at checkout and ship on or after the official release date.
If a manufacturer delays or cancels a release, refunds will be issued when applicable.
4. Cancellations & Refunds
All sales are final once processed unless a product arrives damaged or incorrect.

5. Shipping
Orders are shipped from our New York facility within 1–3 business days.
Free U.S. shipping is available for orders over $79.

6. Liability
Moonlight Collectibles is not liable for lost or delayed shipments once marked “Delivered” by the carrier. We will assist with insurance claims as needed.
