B2B Program Terms
- Effective August 12, 2026, Retail Partners must complete at least $300 in qualifying B2B purchases each calendar month to maintain active account status
- The $300 monthly requirement may be met through one order or multiple completed orders during the same calendar month
- Taxes, shipping charges, delivery fees, canceled orders, refunded purchases, and retail website purchases do not count toward the monthly minimum
- Individual products may have minimum quantities, ordering increments, or maximum purchase limits
- Payment must be made in full at checkout
- No net terms, unpaid holds, partial payments, or pay-later arrangements
- Orders are generally processed within 5–7 business days after payment approval
- Some in-stock orders may be available sooner
- Free local pickup is available during Moonlight Collectibles’ posted business hours
- Local delivery may be available for a fee
- Free delivery may be considered for larger B2B orders within a reasonable service area
- Shipping is available at the buyer’s expense
- All B2B sales are final unless otherwise stated in writing
- Approved cancellation requests submitted within 24 hours may be subject to a 20% restocking fee
B2B Catalog Access
Approved Retail Partners receive access to a controlled B2B catalog containing selected products, partner pricing, restocks, new releases, and other inventory opportunities made available by Moonlight Collectibles.
The B2B catalog is separate from our regular retail website and does not include every product sold by Moonlight Collectibles. Product selection, pricing, quantities, purchase requirements, and availability may change based on inventory, supplier availability, market conditions, product demand, and business needs.
Graded cards and slabs are not currently included in the B2B catalog. These products remain available for purchase through our retail website at moonlightsls.com.
Active Ordering and Account Status
The B2B Retail Partner Program is designed for active commercial customers who maintain consistent purchasing activity. Effective August 12, 2026, each Retail Partner must complete at least $300 in qualifying B2B purchases during each calendar month to maintain active account status.
Qualifying purchases include paid and completed orders placed through the Moonlight Collectibles B2B catalog. Taxes, shipping charges, delivery fees, canceled orders, refunded purchases, and purchases made through the regular retail website are excluded from the monthly purchasing total.
If an account does not complete the required monthly purchasing activity for one full calendar month, the account will be considered inactive. Its accumulated allocation history and progress toward access to Pokémon, factory-sealed boxes, high-demand products, limited releases, larger allocations, and better pricing opportunities will reset to zero.
An inactive account may be required to rebuild its purchasing history through product variety, order volume and value, and consistent monthly ordering before becoming eligible for expanded access or allocation opportunities again.
Moonlight Collectibles may also review, limit, suspend, or close an inactive B2B account or remove its access to partner catalogs and pricing. Reactivation does not restore previous allocation history, access level, pricing, quantities, or product eligibility.
Account Growth and Expanded Access
Retail Partner approval does not automatically provide access to Pokémon, factory-sealed boxes, high-demand products, limited releases, larger allocations, or Moonlight Collectibles’ best available pricing.
Access to additional products and purchasing opportunities may expand as an account establishes an active and successful ordering history. The primary factors considered include:
- Consistent monthly ordering activity
- Variety of products and categories purchased
- Overall order volume and value
- Completed order history
- Payment reliability and account standing
- Overall account activity and business relationship
Consistent purchasing across a diverse range of available products is one of the primary factors used when reviewing an account for expanded catalog access, factory-sealed boxes, high-demand products, larger allocations, and better pricing opportunities.
Meeting the $300 monthly minimum maintains active account status but does not, by itself, guarantee expanded access. Account growth may improve eligibility, but it does not guarantee access to any particular product, brand, release, quantity, allocation, price, or restock.
Pokémon, Sealed Boxes, and High-Demand Products
Pokémon, factory-sealed boxes, newly released products, limited merchandise, and other high-demand items may be restricted, allocated, offered selectively, or unavailable.
Availability and allocation quantities depend on the inventory Moonlight Collectibles receives from distributors and manufacturers, Moonlight’s available inventory, overall demand, existing partner orders, and each partner’s active purchasing history.
Certain products may be offered only as part of a balanced order containing a variety of available products or categories. Moonlight Collectibles may reduce requested quantities, establish product-specific minimums or maximums, or decline an order when available inventory cannot support the request.
Previous access, purchases, pricing, or allocations do not guarantee the same product access, price, or quantity in the future.
Product Availability and Order Confirmation
Products offered through the B2B Retail Partner Program are not guaranteed to remain available. Inventory may sell out, be delayed, be reduced by distributors or manufacturers, or become subject to allocation without advance notice.
Submitting an order or expressing interest in a product does not guarantee fulfillment. An order is considered confirmed only after payment approval and verification of product availability by Moonlight Collectibles.
Moonlight Collectibles reserves the right to review orders and adjust product access, pricing, quantities, purchase limits, and allocations when necessary to support responsible inventory management and fair distribution among active Retail Partners.
