- Local delivery may be available for a fee
- Free delivery may be considered for larger B2B orders within a reasonable service area
- Shipping is available at the buyer’s expense
- All B2B sales are final unless otherwise stated in writing
- Approved cancellation requests submitted within 24 hours may be subject to a 20% restocking fee

B2B Product Access
Approved B2B retail partners may receive access to selected products, inventory opportunities, partner-only listings, restocks, new releases, and other merchandise made available through Moonlight Collectibles.
The B2B catalog may differ from the products available through our regular retail website. Product selection, pricing, quantities, purchase limits, and availability may change at any time based on current inventory, supplier availability, market conditions, and business demand.
Not every product, brand, release, or quantity will be available to every account. Certain limited, allocated, premium, newly released, or high-demand items may be offered selectively and may be subject to additional purchase limits or account review.

Partner Access Levels
Moonlight Collectibles may organize approved B2B accounts into different partner access levels. These levels are intended to recognize established purchasing relationships and help allocate inventory fairly among participating businesses.
A partner’s access level may be reviewed periodically based on factors such as completed order history, purchasing consistency, payment history, account standing, product demand, available inventory, and the overall business relationship.
As a partner establishes a consistent and successful ordering history, additional products, purchase opportunities, catalog categories, restock notifications, or inventory access may become available.
Partner access levels do not require a publicly stated monthly spending amount and do not guarantee access to any particular product, brand, release, allocation, quantity, price, or restock.

Catalog Growth and Inventory Opportunities
The products available through the B2B Retail Partner Program may expand over time based on account activity, inventory availability, supplier relationships, and the continued growth of the program.
Established partners may receive consideration for expanded catalog access, increased purchase limits, earlier product notifications, restock opportunities, and selected limited-inventory offerings.
All inventory opportunities remain subject to availability and Moonlight Collectibles’ review. Access may be adjusted, expanded, limited, suspended, or discontinued when necessary to support fair distribution, responsible inventory management, and the needs of the program.

Product Availability and Allocation
Products offered through the B2B Retail Partner Program are not guaranteed to remain available. Inventory may sell out, be delayed, be reduced by suppliers, or become subject to allocation without advance notice.
Moonlight Collectibles may establish product-specific quantity limits, order limits, allocation conditions, account restrictions, or other reasonable requirements for limited and high-demand merchandise.
Submitting an order or expressing interest in a product does not guarantee fulfillment. Orders are considered confirmed only after payment has been approved and Moonlight Collectibles has verified product availability.
