Moonlight Collectibles Order Cancellation Policy
In-stock orders may be canceled only before the order enters fulfillment, has been prepared for shipment, or has shipped.
Cancellation requests are not guaranteed. Moonlight Collectibles will review the order status at the time the request is received.
In-Stock Orders
Eligible in-stock orders may be canceled before fulfillment begins. Once an order enters fulfillment, has been packed, has had a shipping label created, or has shipped, it may no longer be changed or canceled.
Preorder Cancellations
Preorder products are reserved in advance and may involve supplier allocation, payment-processing costs, inventory commitments, administrative work, and inventory-holding expenses.
Customers may request cancellation of an entire preorder before it enters fulfillment.
If Moonlight Collectibles approves the cancellation, a 15% cancellation fee based on the total purchase value of the entire order will be deducted from the refund.
Individual preorder items generally cannot be removed from an existing order. Customers who wish to purchase products with different release dates should place separate orders.
Preorders cannot be canceled after they have entered fulfillment, have been prepared for shipment, or have shipped.
Orders Containing Multiple Products
Cancellation requests apply to the entire order unless Moonlight Collectibles expressly approves a partial cancellation in writing.
If an order contains multiple preorder products or a combination of preorder and in-stock products, the applicable cancellation fee may be calculated using the total purchase value of the entire order.
After Shipment
Once an order has shipped, it can no longer be canceled.
Shipping, return, refund, damage-reporting, and claim requirements are then governed by our Shipping Policy, Return & Refund Policy, and Preorder Policy.
Cancellations by Moonlight Collectibles
Moonlight Collectibles reserves the right to cancel an order because of:
- Inventory errors or product unavailability
- Manufacturer or distributor allocation reductions
- Pricing, listing, or technical errors
- Payment-verification issues
- Suspected fraud or unauthorized payment activity
- Shipping restrictions or address issues
- Quantity-limit violations
- Other operational, legal, or compliance concerns
When Moonlight Collectibles cancels an order, eligible merchandise charges will generally be refunded to the original payment method. Banks, card issuers, and payment providers may require additional time to post the refund.
How to Request a Cancellation
Contact Moonlight Collectibles as soon as possible and include your order number and the email address used to place the order.
