Local Pickup Policy
Moonlight Collectibles offers local pickup by appointment for eligible orders.
Local Pickup Availability
Local pickup may be available for eligible orders when selected at checkout.
Pickup availability depends on order status, product availability, business hours, and scheduling availability.
Customers must wait until the order is marked Ready for Pickup before scheduling or arriving for pickup.
Appointment Required
Local pickup is available by appointment only at Moonlight Collectibles during approved pickup times.
After your order is marked Ready for Pickup, customers must contact Moonlight Collectibles by email or text message to schedule a pickup appointment.
Please do not arrive without a confirmed pickup appointment.
Pickup Window
Local pickup orders must be picked up within 5 calendar days after the order is marked Ready for Pickup.
If you need additional time, please contact Moonlight Collectibles before the pickup window expires. Extensions may be approved at our discretion.
Expedited Pickup Service
Expedited pickup may be available upon request for a $10.00 expedited pickup fee.
Expedited pickup is not guaranteed and depends on order status, product location, staff availability, and scheduling availability.
Additional fees may apply for large, complex, or special-handling pickup requests.
Order Verification
A valid government-issued photo ID may be required when picking up an order.
Moonlight Collectibles may request proof of purchase, the order confirmation email, or other order details before releasing an order.
Authorized Pickup Person
If someone else will be picking up your order, please notify Moonlight Collectibles before the scheduled pickup appointment.
The authorized pickup person may be required to present a valid government-issued photo ID and the order confirmation before the order will be released.
Preorders & Local Pickup
Preorder items selected for local pickup are not available until the product has been released, received by Moonlight Collectibles, processed, and marked Ready for Pickup.
If your order contains multiple preorder items with different release dates, the order may not be ready for pickup until the final preorder item has been received.

Missed Appointments & Abandoned Orders
If you cannot attend your scheduled pickup appointment, please notify us as soon as possible so we can reschedule your pickup.
Orders not picked up within the required pickup window and without prior approved arrangements may be considered abandoned.
Moonlight Collectibles reserves the right to cancel the order, assess applicable restocking or administrative fees, or issue a refund in accordance with our policies.
