Customers must review the complete listing description, product details, included items, quantity field, photos or images, condition, specifications, shipping information, and any applicable notes before purchasing.

By placing an order, the customer confirms that they reviewed the available listing information and understand the terms stated on this page.

All Sales Final

All purchases are final. No returns, refunds, or exchanges are accepted except as expressly provided in Moonlight Collectibles' published policies or as required by applicable law.

Due to the collectible nature of trading cards, sealed products, raw cards, single cards, card lots, bundles, slabs, snaps, holders, fan-art items, novelty items, used collectibles, opened products, and related merchandise, these products cannot ordinarily be returned after purchase.

Collectible products may be opened, searched, handled, altered, used, swapped, damaged, tampered with, or resealed after delivery. For this reason, Moonlight Collectibles cannot verify that a returned collectible remains in the same condition in which it was sold.

Preorder cancellation requests are governed exclusively by our Preorder Policy, including the applicable 15% cancellation fee based on the total value of the order.

Eligible order issues, merchant-initiated cancellations, unfulfilled quantities, and other approved exceptions are governed by our Return & Refund Policy.

Before purchasing, customers must carefully review:

• Autograph, memorabilia card, or relic
• Numbered card or chase item
• Hit, pull, pack result, or box result
• Grade or grade potential
• Market value or resale value
• Artwork or product variant
• Other outcome or result

A specific result is guaranteed only when it is explicitly stated in the listing description, included-items section, product details, and quantity field.

Pull rates, hit rates, chase cards, rarity outcomes, pack contents, box contents, card values, and resale values are not guaranteed by Moonlight Collectibles.

Manufacturer odds, configurations, checklists, product contents, and stated ratios may vary or change. Moonlight Collectibles does not control manufacturer collation, pack odds, print runs, sealed-product outcomes, or randomized contents.

Artwork & Variant Selection

Products described as assorted, random artwork, random design, blind, mystery, or selected at random will be fulfilled based on available inventory.

A specific artwork, character, player, packaging design, color, variant, or configuration is not guaranteed unless the listing expressly states that the customer is purchasing that exact version.

Customer requests for a preferred artwork or variant may be considered but are not guaranteed.

Open Products, Raw Cards, Singles, Lots & Bundles

Some products sold by Moonlight Collectibles are opened, raw, single, bundled, used, previously handled, displayed, or unique-condition collectible items.

These products may include raw trading cards, single cards, card lots, card bundles, slabs, snaps, holders, opened collectibles, used collectibles, display items, and other individually listed merchandise.

For individually listed items, the photos are generally intended to show the specific item being offered. Customers must carefully review all photos, descriptions, condition notes, product details, and quantity information before purchasing.

Open, raw, used, handled, or individually listed items may show varying levels of condition, including near mint, lightly played, moderately played, heavily played, damaged, worn, scratched, scuffed, dented, bent, creased, faded, marked, stained, or otherwise imperfect condition.

Condition Is Subjective

The condition of a collectible may be interpreted differently by different customers, marketplaces, grading companies, dealers, or collectors.

Appearance may also vary because of lighting, camera angle, glare, sleeves, top-loaders, surface reflection, printing variation, factory defects, handling marks, storage wear, edge wear, corner wear, surface scratches, or other visual factors.

Customers are responsible for reviewing the item carefully before purchasing. When the condition is important, customers should contact Moonlight Collectibles before placing the order to request available clarification, additional images, or video.

Raw Cards, Bundles, Snaps, Holders & Handling

Raw cards, single cards, card lots, bundles, snaps, holders, and other opened collectible products may contain visible or hidden imperfections.

Minor changes in appearance may occur through normal handling, movement, sorting, inspection, sleeving, top-loading, packaging, storage, or shipping.

These changes may include light surface marks, small scratches, sleeve or top-loader movement, minor cosmetic shifts, dust, glare, handling wear, or other small condition-related changes.

Unless explicitly stated otherwise, raw cards, card lots, bundles, snaps, holders, and opened collectibles are not guaranteed to receive any particular grade, grading result, resale value, or condition assessment from any grading company, marketplace, buyer, dealer, or other third party.

Graded, Slabbed & Encapsulated Items

Some items may be sold in slabs, snaps, holders, magnetic cases, semi-rigids, sleeves, top-loaders, or other protective storage.

Unless specifically stated otherwise, a protective holder, slab, case, snap, sleeve, or top-loader is not guaranteed to be free from scratches, scuffs, cracks, chips, dust, label wear, case wear, or other cosmetic imperfections.

For professionally graded cards, the displayed grade represents the opinion and determination of the grading company identified on the label.

A professional grade does not guarantee future value, market demand, resale price, crossover results, regrade results, or agreement from another grading company, marketplace, collector, or buyer.

An ungraded card placed inside a snap, holder, sleeve, top-loader, magnetic case, or similar protection has not been professionally graded unless the listing expressly states otherwise.

Sealed Product Packaging Condition

Factory-sealed products are generally sold in the condition received from the manufacturer, supplier, or authorized distributor.

Outer packaging may contain normal manufacturing, distribution, storage, or transportation imperfections, including minor dents, scratches, scuffs, corner wear, wrap irregularities, loose wrapping, seal variation, label placement variation, or other cosmetic defects.

Unless a listing specifically guarantees collector-grade or mint packaging, minor cosmetic imperfections to exterior packaging do not mean that the internal sealed product is defective or damaged.

Manufacturer Information & Third-Party Product Data

Product information may be supplied by manufacturers, distributors, suppliers, licensors, marketplaces, or other third-party sources.

Moonlight Collectibles makes reasonable efforts to provide accurate information, but product details, packaging, contents, release information, checklists, odds, specifications, measurements, weights, descriptions, and other manufacturer information may change, contain errors, or vary over time.

Manufacturers may change packaging, artwork, contents, configurations, release dates, specifications, promotional materials, UPC information, or other product details without advance notice.

Moonlight Collectibles may correct a listing error, typographical error, inaccurate specification, incorrect image, pricing error, or other inaccurate information when discovered.

Availability & Inventory

Inventory displayed online may change because of sales through multiple channels, inventory adjustments, damaged inventory, supplier changes, distributor allocations, technical delays, or other operational circumstances.

If Moonlight Collectibles cannot fulfill all or part of an order, the unavailable item or quantity may be canceled and refunded in accordance with the applicable policy.

Preorder availability and allocation reductions are governed by our Preorder Policy.

Pricing & Listing Errors

Moonlight Collectibles reserves the right to correct clear typographical, technical, pricing, quantity, description, or listing errors.

If an order is affected by an obvious pricing or listing error, Moonlight Collectibles may cancel the affected product or order and refund the amount paid for the canceled merchandise.

A displayed price, description, image, or quantity created through a technical malfunction or obvious error does not obligate Moonlight Collectibles to fulfill the order incorrectly.

Fan-Art, Novelty & Collectible-Style Items

Some products may include or relate to fan-art, novelty, custom, inspired, or collectible-style merchandise.

Unless specifically stated otherwise in the listing description or product details, these items are sold as collectible, novelty, display, or promotional items and are not represented as officially licensed merchandise.

Order Agreement

By placing an order, the customer acknowledges and agrees that:

• They understand that all purchases are final except as expressly provided in Moonlight Collectibles' published policies or required by law.
