Shipping Policy
Moonlight Collectibles ships orders securely from our New York facility.

Processing Time
Most eligible in-stock orders are processed and prepared for shipment within 1–3 business days, Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.
Processing time does not include weekends, holidays, preorder waiting periods, payment review, fraud review, address verification, special handling, or carrier delays.
Large, high-value, customized, combined, or unusually complex orders may require additional processing time.
Shipping Rates & Services
Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on package weight, dimensions, destination, carrier rates, and the selected shipping service.
Tracking is provided when supported by the selected carrier and shipping service.
Delivery dates and transit times shown at checkout are estimates only and are not guaranteed unless expressly guaranteed by the carrier.
Tracking, Insurance & Signature Confirmation
Tracking information is sent to the email address associated with the order after the shipping label is created or the carrier accepts the shipment.
Orders with a total purchase value exceeding $100.00 may require additional carrier insurance, signature confirmation, or both when Moonlight Collectibles determines that additional protection is appropriate.
Moonlight Collectibles may also require additional insurance, signature confirmation, adult signature, or another reasonable delivery safeguard for higher-value or higher-risk shipments at our discretion.
Any additional shipping protection, insurance, or signature-confirmation charge will be disclosed before the order is finalized when an additional customer payment is required.
Customers are responsible for ensuring that someone authorized is available to receive packages requiring a signature.
Preorders
Preorder items ship after the product has been officially released, received by Moonlight Collectibles, processed, and prepared for fulfillment.
Official or estimated release dates are not guaranteed shipping or delivery dates and may change because of manufacturer schedules, distributor allocations, transportation, customs, carrier availability, or other circumstances outside our control.
Orders containing preorder products with different release dates will generally be held until the final item in the order becomes available.
Customers who prefer to receive products as they are released should place separate orders. If Moonlight Collectibles approves a split shipment, additional shipping charges may apply to each shipment.
Orders containing both in-stock and preorder items may be held until all items are available unless otherwise stated in the product listing or approved in writing.

Order Cancellations
All customer-requested order cancellations are governed by Moonlight Collectibles' universal Order Cancellation Policy.
The cancellation policy applies to regular in-stock orders, preorders, backorders, special orders, allocated products, limited-release products, and all other order types.
Under the cancellation policy effective September 21, 2026, customers may request cancellation within 24 hours of the original order placement time. Cancellation requests remain subject to review and approval by Moonlight Collectibles.
If an eligible customer-requested cancellation submitted within the 24-hour window is approved, a 25% cancellation fee based on the total amount paid for the entire order will be deducted from the refund.
Once 24 hours have elapsed from the original order placement time, the order becomes final and is no longer eligible for standard customer-requested cancellation.
In limited exceptional circumstances, Moonlight Collectibles may, at its sole discretion, consider a cancellation request after 24 hours. If such an exceptional cancellation is approved, a 35% cancellation fee based on the total amount paid for the entire order will be deducted from the refund.
Cancellation fees are calculated from the full amount paid, including merchandise, shipping, taxes, duties, fees, and any other applicable charges.
Shipping status, estimated release dates, or the fact that an order has not yet shipped do not independently create a right to cancel an order.
Every order is governed by the cancellation policy that was in effect when that specific order was originally placed.
These revised cancellation terms are effective September 21, 2026 and apply only to orders placed on or after that date. Orders placed before September 21, 2026 remain governed by the cancellation policy and cancellation terms that were in effect when the original order was placed.

Local Pickup
Customers who select Local Pickup will receive a notification when the order has been officially marked Ready for Pickup.
Do not travel to the pickup location before receiving the Ready for Pickup notification.
Local pickup orders must be collected within the timeframe and under the requirements described in our Local Pickup Policy.
A valid government-issued photo ID, order number, pickup notification, or other verification may be required before an order is released.
Address Accuracy
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout.
Moonlight Collectibles is not responsible for delays, losses, misdelivery, or other delivery issues resulting from an incorrect, incomplete, outdated, or undeliverable address provided by the customer.
Customers should contact Moonlight Collectibles immediately after ordering if an address correction is needed. Address changes are not guaranteed after an order enters fulfillment.
Orders returned because of an incorrect or undeliverable address may require additional postage, carrier fees, and handling charges before reshipment.
Order Documentation & Video Recording
For quality control, fraud prevention, shipment verification, and order accuracy, Moonlight Collectibles may photograph or video record portions of the fulfillment process, including item selection, packaging, sealing, weighing, and shipping-label application.
These records may be reviewed and used internally during carrier claims, insurance claims, fraud investigations, chargebacks, missing-item claims, damaged-shipment claims, delivery investigations, and customer-service matters.
Shipping Damage, Wrong Items, Missing Items, or Other Fulfillment Issues
Any shipping damage, incorrect product, missing item, incomplete order, or other fulfillment issue must be reported within 3 calendar days of the carrier's confirmed delivery date.
Email support@moonlightsls.com and include the order number, a clear explanation of the issue, and clear photos of the product, packing slip, shipping box, shipping label, packaging materials, and any visible damage or discrepancy.
Customers must retain all original packaging until the claim has been fully reviewed and resolved.
Failure to report the issue within the required three-day period or failure to retain the original packaging may result in the request being denied.

Lost, Delayed, Damaged, or Delivered Packages
Once a shipment has been accepted and scanned by the carrier, transit operations and delivery timing are controlled by the carrier.
Although Moonlight Collectibles cannot guarantee carrier performance, we may assist customers with tracking inquiries, available carrier investigations, and insurance claims when applicable.
Moonlight Collectibles is not responsible for carrier delays, weather-related disruptions, customs delays, carrier service interruptions, theft after delivery, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
If a package appears lost, delayed, damaged, or is marked as delivered but cannot be located, contact us as soon as possible at support@moonlightsls.com.
Packages marked as Delivered by the carrier are generally considered delivered to the shipping address provided at checkout. Customers should first check with household members, neighbors, building staff, mailrooms, and the carrier before submitting a claim.
Moonlight Collectibles does not guarantee that a carrier or insurance provider will approve a claim, replacement, or reimbursement.
Refused, Unclaimed, or Undeliverable Shipments
Orders refused by the recipient, left unclaimed, or returned by the carrier because of an incorrect address, incomplete address, failed delivery attempt, refusal of delivery, unpaid customs charges, or another customer-related issue may be subject to return shipping costs, carrier fees, and processing charges.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return resulted from a verified error by Moonlight Collectibles.
Additional shipping charges may be required before an eligible order is reshipped.
Refusing delivery, failing to claim a shipment, or allowing a shipment to be returned does not constitute an approved order cancellation.
Any refund eligibility for a refused, unclaimed, or undeliverable shipment will be determined under the applicable Refund & Return Policy, after applicable shipping, carrier, return, and processing charges are considered.
International Shipping
Moonlight Collectibles ships to eligible international destinations where carrier service is available and the products may legally be shipped.
International shipping availability depends on the destination country, applicable laws, product eligibility, manufacturer restrictions, customs requirements, and carrier availability.
Customers are responsible for confirming that ordered products may legally be imported into the destination country.
International customers are responsible for all applicable customs duties, import taxes, VAT, brokerage fees, carrier charges, and other government-imposed fees unless expressly stated otherwise.
International delivery times may vary because of customs processing, border inspection, and local carrier operations.
Refusal to pay customs, duties, VAT, brokerage charges, or other import-related fees may result in the shipment being returned, abandoned, or destroyed. Any refund eligibility will be determined after applicable shipping, return, carrier, customs, and processing costs are deducted, to the extent permitted by law.
Refusal or failure to pay customs, duties, VAT, brokerage charges, or other import-related charges does not constitute an approved cancellation of the order.
If a country is unavailable during checkout, contact support@moonlightsls.com to ask whether another eligible shipping option is available.
Product Shipping Restrictions
Certain products may have shipping restrictions because of manufacturer policies, applicable laws, hazardous-material regulations, customs rules, destination restrictions, or carrier limitations.
Applicable shipping restrictions will be identified in the product listing or at checkout whenever reasonably possible.
Moonlight Collectibles may cancel and refund an item that cannot legally or operationally be shipped to the destination provided.
When Moonlight Collectibles initiates a cancellation because an item cannot legally or operationally be shipped, customer-requested cancellation fees do not apply.
Changes to Shipping Services
Moonlight Collectibles may use a comparable carrier or shipping service when necessary because of availability, package requirements, operational needs, or service limitations.
A substituted service will generally provide comparable tracking and delivery capabilities when reasonably available.
