Graded Cards

Graded cards may include items certified by professional grading companies such as PSA, CGC, Beckett Grading Services (BGS), SGC, TAG, or other recognized grading providers.

When certification lookup is available, Moonlight Collectibles may compare the certification number, label information, card description, and displayed grade against the grading company’s official certification database before listing or selling the item.

Certification verification confirms that the information displayed by the grading company corresponds with its available database record at the time of review.

It does not guarantee future value, market demand, resale price, crossover results, regrade results, or agreement from another grading company, collector, marketplace, dealer, or buyer.

Grading Company Determinations

The grade assigned to a professionally graded card represents the opinion and determination of the grading company identified on the holder or label.

Moonlight Collectibles does not assign, control, guarantee, or independently certify the grade issued by a third-party grading company.

Different grading companies, graders, collectors, dealers, and marketplaces may evaluate the same card differently.

Population reports, certification records, labels, grading standards, and grading-company policies may also change over time.

Graded Card Holders & Slabs

Graded-card holders, slabs, labels, and protective cases may show normal cosmetic wear, including scratches, scuffs, dust, fingerprints, label wear, minor chips, cracks, or other surface imperfections.

Unless the listing specifically states otherwise, the assigned grade applies to the enclosed card and does not mean that the slab or protective holder is in perfect cosmetic condition.

Customers must review all available photos and condition notes before purchasing.

Raw & Ungraded Cards

Raw and ungraded cards are visually inspected using reasonable collector and industry practices before being listed or offered for sale.

Inspection may include review of the card’s printing, surface, edges, corners, centering, texture, coloration, cardstock, markings, and other visible characteristics.

A raw-card inspection is not a professional grading service, laboratory examination, forensic authentication, or guarantee that a grading company will authenticate or assign a particular grade to the card.

Unless explicitly stated otherwise, raw cards are not guaranteed to receive any specific grade, minimum grade, numerical grade, resale value, or condition determination from any grading company or third party.

Raw Card Condition

Card condition is subjective and may be interpreted differently by different collectors, buyers, sellers, marketplaces, and grading companies.

Raw cards may contain visible or hidden imperfections, including printing defects, surface marks, scratches, dents, bends, creases, edge wear, corner wear, centering issues, discoloration, factory lines, stains, or other condition concerns.

Lighting, camera angle, glare, sleeves, top-loaders, protective holders, and image quality may affect how a card appears in photographs.

Customers should carefully review all available photos, product details, and condition notes before purchasing.

Pre-Grade Evaluations

Any pre-grade evaluation, condition review, grading estimate, or grading recommendation provided by Moonlight Collectibles is an opinion based on the visible condition of the item at the time of review.

Pre-grade evaluations are not guarantees of authenticity, eligibility, minimum grade, numerical grade, turnaround time, market value, or acceptance by a grading company.

Final authentication and grading decisions are made solely by the grading company receiving the submission.

Grading Submission Assistance

When Moonlight Collectibles assists with a grading submission, we act only as a submission facilitator unless expressly stated otherwise in writing.

Moonlight Collectibles does not control the grading company’s authentication decision, assigned grade, service level, turnaround time, fees, holder type, label information, shipping schedule, or internal processing.

A grading company may reject, return, decline to grade, alter the service level for, or assign any grade to a submitted item according to its own rules and standards.

Sealed Products

Factory-sealed products are generally sold in the condition received from manufacturers, suppliers, or authorized distributors.

Moonlight Collectibles does not knowingly sell resealed products as factory sealed.

Manufacturer seals, shrink wrap, packaging styles, tape, labels, wrapping methods, and production standards may vary by product, manufacturer, region, or print run.

Minor wrap irregularities, loose wrapping, seal variations, factory packaging differences, dents, scuffs, scratches, corner wear, or other cosmetic imperfections do not necessarily indicate that a product has been opened or resealed.

Moonlight Curated Repacks & Bundles

Moonlight Collectibles may create and sell curated repacks, mystery products, bundles, care kits, accessory packages, trading card products, sports card products, and other collectible assortments assembled by Moonlight Collectibles.

The cards, collectibles, accessories, supplies, and other merchandise included in Moonlight-curated products are lawfully acquired through manufacturers, authorized distributors, suppliers, marketplaces, collections, trades, purchases, or other legitimate inventory sources.

Moonlight Collectibles does not knowingly include counterfeit, unauthorized, fraudulently labeled, or stolen merchandise in its curated repacks or bundles.

Moonlight-curated repacks and bundles are assembled or repackaged by Moonlight Collectibles and should not be interpreted as factory-sealed or manufacturer-packaged products unless the listing expressly states otherwise.

Individual items contained within a curated repack or bundle may include factory-sealed products, raw cards, graded cards, accessories, supplies, promotional items, fan-made artwork, custom products, novelty items, or other merchandise described in the applicable listing.

Customers must review the listing description, included-items section, quantity field, product details, disclosed format, and any stated odds or possible contents before purchasing.

Unless explicitly guaranteed in the listing, Moonlight-curated repacks, mystery products, and randomized bundles do not guarantee a particular card, player, character, team, grade, grading company, rarity, parallel, autograph, memorabilia or relic, numbered card, chase item, market value, resale value, artwork, variant, hit, or outcome.

Any advertised floor, ceiling, average value, chase item, quantity, odds, or guaranteed content applies only when expressly stated in the individual product listing.

Product values may fluctuate and are based on the pricing source, market information, or valuation method used by Moonlight Collectibles at the time the curated product is assembled. Future market value is not guaranteed.

Fan-Made Art, Custom Products & Customer Thank-You Items

Moonlight Collectibles may sell, distribute, or include fan-made art, custom artwork, novelty items, inspired products, promotional items, and other independently created merchandise.

These products are identified in the applicable listing as fan-made, custom, unofficial, inspired, novelty, promotional, or otherwise not officially licensed when applicable.

Unless a listing expressly states otherwise, fan-made art, custom products, and inspired merchandise are not official products and are not manufactured, sponsored, approved, endorsed, or licensed by the original brand, intellectual property owner, athlete, team, league, character owner, manufacturer, grading company, or other rights holder.

Customers must review the product title, listing description, product details, included-items section, quantity field, photos, and any licensing or authenticity disclosures before purchasing.

Moonlight Collectibles does not represent unofficial fan-made or custom merchandise as factory-issued, manufacturer-produced, professionally authenticated, or officially licensed merchandise.

Fan-made art and custom products may vary slightly in color, size, finish, material, printing, cutting, packaging, or appearance because of the independent or small-batch nature of these items.

Moonlight Collectibles may also include fan-made artwork, custom artwork, promotional items, stickers, prints, or similar items as a complimentary customer thank-you with qualifying orders.

Complimentary thank-you items are provided at Moonlight Collectibles’ discretion, are not guaranteed with any purchase, have no cash value, are not included in the advertised value of the purchased merchandise, and may vary by order and availability.

Receiving a particular complimentary design, character, artwork, product, or variation is not guaranteed unless expressly stated in the order or promotion.

Official Reprints & Later Print Runs

Manufacturers may produce official reprints, additional print runs, revised packaging, updated artwork, or later versions of previously released products.

Officially manufactured reprints and later print runs are not counterfeit products.

When a particular edition, print run, variation, or release version is important, customers must review the listing carefully and contact Moonlight Collectibles before purchasing.

Autographs, Memorabilia & Specialty Items

Autographed, memorabilia, relic, game-used, player-worn, limited-edition, numbered, or specialty items may rely on manufacturer certification, grading-company authentication, third-party authentication, or documentation included with the item.

Moonlight Collectibles will describe any available authentication, certification, or documentation in the product listing when applicable.

Unless explicitly stated otherwise, Moonlight Collectibles does not independently guarantee the origin, use, event association, or historical background of memorabilia beyond the certification or information provided by the manufacturer or identified third party.

Customer Review Before Purchase

Before purchasing, customers should review:

• All product photos and images
• The certification number, when applicable
• The grading company and displayed grade
• Condition notes and disclosed imperfections
• The product description and included items
• The quantity field
• Any authentication documents or manufacturer information
• Any fan-made, custom, unofficial, or licensing disclosure
• Any repack, bundle, mystery-product, or randomized-product disclosure

Questions about authenticity, certification, condition, grading, packaging, included documentation, licensing, or product source must be submitted before the order is placed.

Suspected Authenticity Issue

If a customer believes an item received may have an authenticity or certification issue, the customer should contact Moonlight Collectibles promptly with the order number, a description of the concern, and clear photographs or supporting information.

Moonlight Collectibles may review the listing, certification information, supplier records, product photographs, packaging, and other available evidence.

Any approved resolution will be handled in accordance with our Return & Refund Policy and applicable law.

Customers should not open, alter, remove, crack, damage, relabel, or otherwise modify a slab, holder, sealed product, certification label, or disputed item while an authenticity review is pending.
