Moonlight Collectibles Retail Partner Program
Moonlight Collectibles supplies ready-to-sell collectible products for approved local retail partners, including delis, convenience stores, grocery stores, multi-service shops, smoke shops, and small retail locations.
Approved retail partners may receive access to wholesale-ready products, local business pricing, counter-display options, trading card pack bundles, collector supply bundles, restock bundles, and select trading company inventory.
Wholesale access is approval-based and not guaranteed. Retail partner pricing and wholesale product availability are not shown publicly and are available only to approved businesses.

Retail Partner Program Basics
- First-time opening order minimum: $100
- After the opening order, approved retail partners are expected to maintain a minimum wholesale order volume of $300 per month
- Loose sports and TCG packs are sold in minimum 15-pack bundles
- Payment must be made in full at checkout
- No net terms, unpaid holds, partial payments, or pay-later arrangements
- Orders are generally processed within 5–7 business days after payment approval
- Some in-stock orders may be available sooner
- Free local pickup is available by appointment
- Local delivery may be available for a fee
- Free delivery may be approved only for larger wholesale orders within a reasonable mileage distance
- Shipping is available at buyer’s expense
- All wholesale sales are final
- Approved cancellation requests within 24 hours are subject to a 20% restocking fee
Balanced Cart Requirement
Wholesale orders containing trading card packs, sports card packs, sealed TCG products, Pokémon products, limited products, or hot items must include approved support products as part of the order.
For every 15 trading card packs purchased, retail partners must purchase at least 3 approved support product items. This is a 1/3 support product rule.
Example: If a retail partner purchases 15 packs, they must also purchase at least 3 approved support products. If they purchase 30 packs, they must purchase at least 6 approved support products.
Approved support products may include sleeves, top loaders, semi-rigids, team bags, card protection kits, collector starter kits, display products, accessories, or other approved support bundles.
Product Availability & Assortment
Product availability may vary by current inventory. Some items may be limited, seasonal, allocated, substituted, or available while supplies last.
Brands, sets, artwork, packaging, pack selection, characters, players, product versions, and assortment may vary based on current inventory unless a specific item is clearly stated in the product details or order confirmation.
Specific cards, players, characters, hits, inserts, parallels, autographs, relics, rarity, value, grade potential, pull results, or outcomes are not guaranteed unless explicitly stated in the product details.
