We do not engage in pack weighing, hit mapping, scanning, searching, sorting, cherry-picking, or any other method intended to predict or influence pack contents.
Sealed products remain subject to normal manufacturer variations in packaging, seals, print runs, artwork, weight, and product configuration.

Moonlight Collectibles does not use or permit the following methods to evaluate sealed packs:
- Metal detectors or stud finders
- Magnetic or electronic scanners
- Digital or analog weighing scales
- Light testing, X-ray devices, or imaging tools
- Pressing, squeezing, bending, or “feeling” packs
- Corner compression or pack manipulation
- Sorting or cherry-picking loose packs
- Opening product to identify expected hit patterns for resale decisions
Employees, contractors, and business partners are not permitted to evaluate packs in a manner intended to suggest knowledge of their internal card contents.
🧪 Myth #1: “Holo Detectors” Can Find Hits
Claim: Some videos suggest that metal detectors, stud finders, magnets, or similar tools can identify holographic cards inside sealed booster packs.
Reality: Modern Pokémon cards and sealed wrappers contain materials that make this kind of consumer-device detection unreliable. The wrapper itself may contain metallic or foil components that interfere with any attempt to isolate the contents of a single card.
Videos claiming that these tools can consistently identify hits should be treated with caution, especially when testing methods, editing, pack history, or chain of custody are not independently verified.
🧪 Myth #2: Modern Packs Can Be Reliably Weighed
Claim: A heavier modern Pokémon pack always contains a valuable card.
Reality: Weight-based predictions are not reliably consistent across modern Pokémon products because packs may vary in wrapper materials, printing, code-card configuration, foil treatment, card stock, manufacturing tolerances, and regional production methods.
Weight differences may exist between packs, but those differences do not create a dependable or guaranteed method for identifying valuable contents in modern products.

Claim: Sellers can use consumer scanners, lights, electronics, or mobile devices to see or identify specific cards inside sealed packs.
Reality: Moonlight Collectibles is not aware of any legitimate consumer tool that can reliably identify exact Pokémon card contents through intact factory packaging.
Content claiming otherwise may rely on prior knowledge, selective editing, staged products, resealed packs, misleading demonstrations, or unsupported conclusions.
