📅 Membership Term
Membership is valid for 12 months from activation. The current membership does not automatically renew.
🪪 Membership Registration
Membership holders must be at least 18 years old and must register using their accurate full legal name. Moonlight Collectibles may request valid government-issued photo identification and/or reasonable address documentation when necessary to verify membership ownership, age, account ownership, household eligibility, purchase limits, or suspected fraud or abuse.
The name on the membership must reasonably correspond with the identification presented if verification is requested.
👤 One Membership Per Individual
One active membership is permitted per individual. Multiple memberships or accounts may not be used to increase product limits, discounts, preorder access, shipping benefits, allocations, or other membership privileges.
Selected products may also be subject to per-member, per-account, per-order, per-address, and/or household purchase limits.
🚫 No Discount Stacking
Membership pricing, MSRP pricing, member discounts, selective free shipping, coupon codes, promo codes, rewards, credits, and other promotional offers cannot be combined. One membership benefit or separate promotional offer may be used per eligible transaction.

Membership does not exempt members from any regular Moonlight Collectibles rules, restrictions, purchase limits, product terms, preorder conditions, shipping policies, return or refund policies, fraud-prevention procedures, B2B restrictions, or other applicable policies.

Moonlight Collectors Club membership purchases are final and non-refundable once purchased. No refunds, partial refunds, prorated refunds, credits, or reimbursement for unused membership time or unused benefits will be issued, except where required by applicable law.
